Summer Tomato & Burrata Salad
Easy, fresh, simple, delicious. What more could you ask for?

Ingredients
6-7 ripe, juicy Tomatoes, chopped
8-10 fresh Basil leaves, julienned
4-6 Olives, sliced
2 balls fresh Burrata, each split into pieces
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine tomatoes, basil and olives in a serving dish and stir gently to mix. Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Nestle fresh burrata pieces in the center. Serve.
Serves 4-6.
